When you purchase the course, payment is processed securely through Stripe — we do not store your credit card number, bank account number, or other financial account details on our servers.

We use your information to provide and improve the Legion Claw School platform, deliver course content and email communications you have opted into, process transactions, and respond to your inquiries. We may also use anonymized, aggregated data to analyze usage patterns and improve the learning experience.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We use PostHog for product analytics to understand how learners interact with our course modules. PostHog collects anonymized usage data including pages visited, features used, and session duration. We use Supabase for authentication, which stores a session token in your browser. We do not sell or share analytics data with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Email Communications

When you enroll in Legion Claw School, you will receive transactional emails related to your course progress and account activity. These emails are sent via ZeptoMail from nathan@legionclawschool.com. You can unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information using industry-standard security practices. Your account is secured through Supabase authentication, and all data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Legion Claw School:

Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for authentication and database, Vercel for hosting, PostHog for analytics, ZeptoMail for transactional email, and Zapier for workflow automation. Each service has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at nathan@legionclawschool.com. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Legion Claw School is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
