By accessing or using Legion Claw School (legionclawschool.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Legion Claw School LLC.

Legion Claw School is an online educational platform that provides course content, templates, and resources related to building and deploying AI agents for business use. The platform includes free and paid tiers of access.

3. Account Registration

To access course content, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment and Refunds

Paid course access is available as a one-time purchase of $147, processed securely through Stripe. All sales are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the course, contact nathan@legionclawschool.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, including text, videos, templates, frameworks, and code examples, is the intellectual property of Legion Claw School LLC. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your own business purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or share course content with third parties without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to violate any applicable laws or regulations, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, distribute spam or malicious content, reverse-engineer or scrape the platform, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Legion Claw School teaches you how to build and use AI agents. The AI agents you create using our course materials generate outputs based on the prompts and data you provide. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated outputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any content produced by AI agents you build.

8. Limitation of Liability

Legion Claw School LLC provides educational content on an as-is basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability of the course for any particular business outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legion Claw School LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or course materials.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
